Taxi Service – Credit Card Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Booking & Payment Terms

Credit Card Requirement: All bookings require a valid credit card to secure the reservation.

Authorization Hold: Upon booking, your card will be pre-authorized for the estimated fare to confirm validity and sufficient balance. The actual charge will be processed after the trip, based on the final fare (which may vary depending on distance, time, and additional services or fees).

Final Payment: The total fare will be charged to your card at the end of the trip. A receipt will be sent via email or SMS.
2. Cancellation Rules & Charges

Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up with no charge.

Late Cancellation: Cancelling 10–30 minutes before pick-up incurs a 5% cancellation fee.

No-Show Fee: Failing to show up without prior cancellation will incur a 50% no-show fee.
3. Refund Guidelines

Eligible Refunds: Refunds for valid cancellations (within the free cancellation window) will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-Refundable Charges: Cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable, except in emergency situations at our discretion.
