John’s Touchdown transportation taxi service was exceptional. Myself and my friend were left stranded by another taxi service that forgot to pick us up late one night but John came to our rescue. We felt safe and secure with him in his very clean and well kept vehicle. From then on we started using his service for the remaining duration of our stay in Turks. And, even though on our last day, he accidentally double booked and couldn’t take us to the airport he was sure to organize our pick up by another taxi service and called to apologize and let us know of the alternate arrangement that he had made. This is customer service and we will be using him when we return to Turks again in the future.

Truly a great experience. Incredibly responsive, timely and friendly. Made our travels care free on the island! Way cheaper than airport transportation and so much better. Highly recommend booking before you get there!

After a pricey trip from the airport in a shared shuttle , we decided to walk to most places if we could. It wasn’t until our last evening in Turks & Caicos that we crossed paths with John! The vehicle was clean, and cool (AC) and the ride was smooth! Upon arrival at our destination, John requested if we’d need a ride back afterwards and of course we took him up on the offer. I simply text him when we were ready and he was prompt in letting us know when he’d arrive. The icing on the cake was us asking if he’d by chance be available to take us to the airport for our departure and he wouldn’t be but he arranged for another service to come and pick us up for our flight.
